Jack of Another Trade

I'm not one to brag, but I have to make an exception here. I was responsible for dinner tonight at flat thirtysix and I hit this one out of the park.

I made pan-seared cod fillets, garlic and onion smashed potatoes, and my signature shrimp & brie stuffed chestnut mushrooms. I'm available for weddings and Bar Mitzvahs.
